We invest in the employment and entrepreneurial start-ups of unemployed and underemployed youth and successful & sustainable employment and business growth solutions through the “AfricaWorking Employment and Business Growth Fund”.

4. MENTORS AND INDUSTRY EXPERT

We setup and create Mentor and Expert networks to support the creation of the best employment and business growth solutions throughout Africa.

5. SKILLS, EXPEREINCE AND JOB MATCHING

We setup and support the scaling of new skills, experience and job matching technology systems.

6. ECOSYSTEM IDENTIFICATION, FUNDING AND CERTIFICATION

We identify, increase capacity, fund and certify successful and sustainable employment and business growth ecosystems throughout Africa.
